Capital Property & Construction Consultants Limited (Capital) are a niche Building Surveying, Project Management and Architectural practice based in North London and have a varied and exciting workload across all sectors of the industry. We are a young and energetic company with a hands on approach to client care and delivery. Due to continued success, we have an immediate requirement for two Graduate Building Surveyors with at least one year’s solid and relevant experience working in the industry.

In exchange the practice offers a varied workload, performance related bonuses and significant career progression. We have an industry recognised APC training program with a 100% pass rate.
The main duties and responsibilities of your post will be assisting and undertaking general Building Surveying disciplines together with such other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be required by the business. Core disciplines include Project Management, Building Surveying, Cost Management, Property Consultancy, Architecture, Health and Safety.

A salary package up to £30,000.00 pa will be offered to the right candidates. We are also offering a relocation allowance of up to £5,000.00.

Desired profile

The role is aimed at a Graduate with a relevant construction related degree who wishes to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

12 months relevant building surveying experience is ideal.

The preferred candidate must be computer literate and possess demonstrable AutoCAD skills.

A full driving licence and use of a car is essential.

Excellent communication skills are essential as we expect all our staff to deal direct with clients.
Must be a good team player but able to work independently.
