To design and implement SAP Enterprise Asset Management solutions regardless of their size, complexity, and sector.
- Leading and facilitating requirements gathering, design and gap analysis workshops to identify the optimum SAP solution
- Guide the client with your knowledge of SAP standards and best practice in Enterprise Asset Management
- Apply design thinking concepts in solution blueprint
- Be accountable for the functional design and integration
- Be part of the team, advise and lead an off-shore team through all phases of the project
- Work effectively with client and consultancy teams, including influencing key business stakeholders and other team members
- Continuously develop yourself and seek opportunity for growth
- Knowledge of the current business challenges and solution options in Enterprise Asset Management
- Functional knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance (including Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul processes) and SAP Materials Management
- Extensive experience in SAP Plant Maintenance master data, particularly defining asset hierarchies
- Experience in interfacing SAP to third party systems, particularly including asset master and transactional data
- Case studies from your industry experience, including Aerospace & Defence
- Experience in working with SAP Process Orchestration (desirable)
- Understanding of the SAP roadmap in EAM and in relation to S/4 HANA, IoT, HCP, analytics, SAP Ecosystem
- Leadership qualities, sense of accountability, desire to learn, and drive to achieve the best possible outcome for the client
- Knowledge of adjacent functional areas such as MRS, Project Systems is a bonus
