Job Purpose and Summary

·  Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
·  Knowledge of technologies, techniques and practices for the evaluation of business performance data; ability to analyze business performance using advanced statistical methods to justify and drive future business planning

·  Ability to use tools and techniques for collecting, collating and analyzing information on existing or potential markets in order to meet market needs
·  Organizational strategies and operations for promoting and publicizing products and services in the marketplace; ability to develop and implement these strategies and operations

·  Business models to develop and implement marketing strategies, objectives, and tactics
·  Marketing options and opportunities; ability to advertise an organization's products, services and brand through various channels.

Role overview:

Customer Marketing Specialists (known as Value Proposition Specialist internally)

You will support the planning, creation and delivery of specific, targeted propositions, based on customer insights.

·  Own and manage allocated proposition and related content, stay current on key developments within your proposition set and keeping your stakeholders up-to-date on these trends
·  Creating original client-facing propositions and content for all stages of the purchase journey, supporting the marketing and sales teams on key campaigns and initiatives
·  Partner with teams across the company to develop core proposition content and thought leadership pieces
·  Work with leading industry influencers to align, collaborate and co-create market relevant propositions
·  Keep track of market movements and competitor offerings
·  Continuously assess effectiveness, impact and engagement of content with defined KPIs
·  Work with Campaign Strategists to inform and contribute to content campaign calendars
·  Making data-driven decisions to inform and improve propositions
