Job Purpose and Summary
This is an ideal role for someone who has experience of co-ordinating bid responses to win commercial and/ or public sector tenders.
The role is to support the Bid Team in responding to mini competitions/mini bids, primarily from Frameworks.

Respond to all Framework mini competitions not managed by the Bid Team and/or the salesperson
This will include, but not be limited to, responding to Bids/Quotes/Proposals where a small number of machines are required or bids with no Sales Engagement
Assist in the development and ingoing refinement of a standard mini competition ITT/response template – in partnership with CCS.
Work with the Frameworks to develop a consistent format of ITTs received
Develop a standardised response format for Sales Enabled Bids and be the subject matter expert in how this works and keep update
Monthly reporting on non-bid team managed Bid activity
Administration of Sales Enabled Bids (Self Helps) submission where Bids are managed by the Account Managers, using the Therefore Approvals Workflow
A central point of contact for regional Account Managers to answer frequently asked questions regarding Sales Enabled Bid
Responsible for developing and verifying hardware/solution design and inserting pricing from standard catalogue for allocated Bids
Support the Bid Team to finalise and launch new processes

Salary - £26,232 + 5% bonus, related to personal and business performance.
