Financial IT Analyst - Consumer Imaging

Job Purpose and Summary

To provide support to Consumer Imgaging Group (CIG) business management via reporting, analysis & interpretation of business results. You will also provide reporting of financial, sales, marketing and service information to the Regional Sales Headquarters (RSHQ) and National Sales Organisations (NSO).

·  Production of reports-results/budgets/forecasts & ad hoc for financial, units, service stats at European and NSO level
·  Support implementation of new reporting solutions in order to create an effective pan-European reporting model
·  Understand local NSO Oracle system usage peculiarities to aid pan-European reporting decision making
·  Interpret & gain knowledge of the business in order to interpret past, present & future information
·  Communication - Ability to clearly communicate, present & deliver information at all levels
·  Build and maintain good working relationships & actively contribute to enhance the understanding of information
·  Develop a standard suite of reports for Finance, Sales, Marketing and Service (Financial aspects) for use by the NSO’s.
·  Support development of CIG budgets, MTP’s and forecasts covering revenues, costs, headcount SGA, productivity and profit
·  Analyse and add value to budget and forecast changes with the CIG business across NSO’s, channels and product groups
·  Challenge exceptions to expectations and targets set by CIG management
·  Develop and maintain a consistent system of definitions and calculation methods
·  Business orientated and interest in digital market expertise

·  Significant (hands-on) analysis experience in a large international company environment
·  Production of reports at European and country level
·  Ability to interpret business results
·  Ability to clearly communicate, present & deliver information at all levels
·  SQL & Access database skill is desirable
·  Completed CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualification
·  Good command of spoken and written English
·  Good numeracy skills
·  Excellent and proven analytical skills
·  Experience of working across borders
·  Planning and organisational skills
·  Experience with data bases
