Job Purpose and Summary

Using your Financial and Business analytical experience, you will be responsible for sourcing, creating, summarizing, distributing business information. This is required to plan in order to achieve business objectives by various business units under the Service business areas and occasionally as required, Sales.

Using your reporting skills you will confirm the data reporting requirements and ensure that these are fulfilled to the agreed timescales and accuracy. Establish and maintain a production manual for all key reports. Modify and develop these as the business changes.

Using your commercial acumen you will understand the business objectives for key stake holders and provide creative solutions to achieve these. Carry out reviews and update reports to meet the business requirements.

 You will have the opportunity to extract and present data on Financial performance figures, revenue, cost of sales, labour, product, individual, team, business unit/locations, contract management, & customer information.

These will include establishing measurements against set Key Performance Indicators ( KPI’s) and for all critical success factors and for all key areas/processes.

Throughout this role you will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication skills to communicate internally across different business areas.

Self Development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills in this role with the guidance and support of your Manager.

You are already a competent analyst with 2 years post qualified experience - CIMA or ACCA ideally, who has worked in a similar environment. You enjoy a passion for accuracy, have a fully developed analytical skillset and thrive on attention to detail. You enjoy the opportunity of working in a fast paced environment and working as part of a team.  You already have excellent skills using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access or similar databases and BI. Experience in the use of Oracle and Hyperion are ideal, but training can be given in order to produce information and reports that are specific and relevant to the business needs. You have excellent time management and communication skills. You possess the drive and determination to succeed.

You will need

You have exceptional planning and organisational skills both within the role and as part of cross functional project teams. You enjoy providing an excellent level of customer service to tight deadlines. You have the ability to provide clear and direct delivery of information to key stakeholders’ both verbally and in written commentary. You are a proactive individual with strong problem solving abilities who enjoys a challenge. You are prepared to own your own workload, allowing you to achieve a high level of productivity.

Further Information

Salary - £42,000 with a review after 6 months + 10% bouns

Location - Reigate, Surrey
