You will be responsible for supporting Field Service teams across multiple NSO’s from field based engineers to office based planners and schedulers. The individual and team will use Siebel and ORS knowledge to support day to day challenges around scheduling decision making as well as process improvement and best practice.

Acting as an interface between NSO’s and central functions to highlight system issues and investigate root cause and impact, liaising between technical teams and end users to ensure rectification in a timely manner as well as ensuring fixes and developments meet business needs. Communication along this process is a key requirement.

Supporting and managing system and process change requests to ensure impact is understood and requirements are understood. Supporting and managing this change process to ensure the NSO (customer) is informed of progress and updates. Testing systems to ensure requirements are met as well as functional design through full test cycles and supporting ‘go lives’ of new system functionality.

·  Ensure all support requests/queries including but not exhaustive to SR’s, CR’s, BR’s and telephone and email are acknowledged and logged on relevant systems.
·  Ensure all support request/queries are investigated and resolved or were necessary escalated to central functions communicating to NSO along the process.
·  Complete testing cycles for new functional deployments including share point user guide updates.
·  Support and develop Super User community with regular communication and engagement.
·  Small project management as assigned to support service delivery improvement.
·  Analysis of data and scheduling decisions within ORS to look to improve algorithm efficiency to ensure NSO target and requirements are met.
·  Major incident communication and contingency matrix gate keeping and instruction.
