Job Purpose and Summary

With a love of technology and a background in digital video camera repair, you will be trained in how to service, repair and calibrate professional Canon Video Imaging products, used within a broadcast environment. As you get trained you will provide excellent customer service as you give accurate information to customers. You will also have the opportunity to attend Marketing events within the UK and overseas to provide technical support and advice to customers.

You'll find leaders who give you the freedom to explore new things and a team where knowledge is shared openly.This role offers you the opportunity to be trained in diagnosing, repairing, adjusting and checking all parameters regarding professional level Canon Imaging products, mainly professional digital video cameras and accessories, to required company standards using specialised test equipment. You will be encouraged to attend technical training courses on new products – In the UK and Overseas as required. You will maintain accurate repair documentation using Canon systems and processes.

You will answer and respond to telephone enquiries fromcustomers once you have received training, involving technical queries, calling customers to seek further information in relation to repairs or to offer advice to customers regarding the use of their products.

You will possess an electronic/mechanical engineering background with strong computer knowledge.
Competent user of MS Office and various windows based operating systems.
You will have an excellent command of English, written and verbal and possess confident customer service skills

You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, accountable for your own workload, but possess a flexible approach to help others. You will enjoy problem solvingand creating cost effective solutions, with a customer centric mindset, you will provide excellent customer service. 

Further Information

Salary: £25,586-£27,008 +  bonus based on performance

Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire
