Canon Europe's strategic headquarters has a great opportunity for an efficient and organised HR Administrator, with great communication and people skills.

You'll be at the heart of Canon Europe's HR team, having primary responsibility for HR administration, and providing HR administrative support to the business. You'llwork very closely with and within a dynamic HR Operations team,ensuring that requests are completed accurately and promptly, be the first point of contact for managers and employees to resolve administration queries that are not dealt with via self-service.

Your key responsibilities will be ...

Accurate, on-time updates to HR Oracle and records in support of assigned HR & business processes.

Process all required information for starters & leavers as well as accurately manage and maintain employee files.

Provide (ad-hoc) support with HR projects as required.

Manage employee benefit administration, e.g. health insurance, and other benefits.

Act as point of contact for employee queries for e.g., holidays, payroll.

Liaise with payroll to process employee changes, accurately maintain employee electronic records and produce employee documentation.

Produce necessary local reports.

Maintain documentation required for SOX compliance.
