Job Purpose and Summary

Canon Europe's EMEA headquarters has a great opportunity to join our Broadcast products division.

In this role, you'll play a key part in the administrative management and coordination for merchandising orders, including handling pricing information and customer queries.

We're looking for a team-player with great communication and numerical skills, highly accurate, and keen to learn, to join this committed team in a friendly, international environment.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

 • Coordinate the ordering and shipping of merchandise, including export / import handling, as required.
• Control pricing and updating of information for merchandise.
• Management of merchandise orders, liaison with customers on order status and updating when appropriate.
• Responsible for all customer service and enquiries in relation to merchandise order statuses and products information by telephone and email.
• Coordinate the web page of Canon Broadcast Products
• Handle general affairs as needed, shared with other colleagues.

We're looking for someone with...

 • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, using your own initiative
• Proven working experience in a customer service-focused administration environment
• Good educational background - graduate/ A-levels; Business studies an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Proficient English language skills (verbal, reading and writing)
• Other European/ EMEA/ Japanese language skills are highly advantageus
