Job Purpose and Summary

During the period of your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to experience all parts of our Business Operations function and gain a thorough understanding of the lifecycle from order, dispatch, import/export, customs delivery, implementation, issue resolution and billing.

We have vacancies for Customer Service Apprentices in our Business Operations team.  This is a twelve month programme during which you will gain a Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service.

During the period of your apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to experience all parts of our Business Operations function and gain a thorough understanding of the lifecycle from order, dispatch, import/export, customs delivery, implementation, issue resolution and billing.

 
You will have the opportunity to liaise with colleagues across the whole organisation including Sales, Service, Finance and external third party suppliers.

We're looking for creative problem-solvers like you, someone who can ensure Canon stays ahead in an ever-changing world. Ideally you will have experience of delivering excellent customer service alongside a “Can Do” attitude, these will be key to success in this role.

You may have gained this through a part time job while undertaking your studies, helped with a youth organisation or volunteered in other ways… your skills are important to us!

You will need to have Maths and English Language GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent).

Self-Development is important at Canon and you will be encouraged to take further training to develop your skills to you may need to become successful in the role with the support and guidance of your Team Leader.

Salary £12.000 plus 5% on target bonus
