The Loan Services Analyst will be responsible for processing deals (loans and payments) under agented, participated and bilateral facilities of Natixis Bank US office. Additional tasks include processing of the amendments and assignments, authorization of transactions, reconciliation of open items, booking and processing of the insurances.

Essential duties and responsibilities

·  Process Natixis lender activity in deals that are financed by Natixis (either bilateral, or participated, as well as agented transactions). Responsibilities include loan input, payment to lenders, generating notices for lenders, fee payments, monitoring of incoming funds in Syndication Account from lenders / Borrower, daily reconciliation, preparation of invoices.
·  The Candidate will work closely with Middle Office, and Loan Booking teams on daily activity. The candidate needs to be well organized, accurate and able to work independently.
·  Daily Corona reconciliation and past-due report monitoring are both essential duties for this role.   Reconciliation tasks include review/investigating of all open items under individual’s assigned accounts.  Similarly, past-due monitoring will require review and feedback of all open items.
·  Processing of assignments and amendments as received from the counterparties in a prompt manner
·  Checking and authorizing different types of transactions handled by the team
·  Set up, processing and reconciliation of the Insurance payments, as per the existing internal processes

Qualifications

· 
Undergraduate degree in Finance or comparable experience

· 
Knowledge of current regulations and best practices

· 
Knowledge of PC (Excel & Word) & Loan IQ; Payplus. Calypso, Corona knowledge is a plus

· 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· 
Ability to work under pressure, multi task and meet tight deadlines

· 
Effective written and verbal communications as well as a keen sense of detail orientation are also required

The salary range at Associate position will be between $100,000 - $120,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance

The salary range at Vice President position will be between $115,000 - $135,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
