The Global Markets & Risks Pre-Trade Sales & Execution IT team is responsible for providing Global Macro (Rates, FX), Equity/Securities Lending and Credit businesses with reliable and time-sensitive IT solutions to meet their needs.
The team is involved in the different phases of application development: user needs collection, analysis, design, implementation, delivery, support, and maintenance, within an agile framework.
We are looking for several Front Office IT Business Analysts to support, maintain and design external and internal IT solutions and interfaces for Global Markets & Risks activities. The candidate will work closely with Front Office teams and support functions and will have a good knowledge of financial products, and one or several domains:
· FX and Fixed Income electronic trading workflows and pricing
· Equity Structured products pricing and booking, and Sales-Traders workflow
· Summit Fixed Income pricing and Front Office analytics
The candidate’s responsibilities will include gathering requirements from traders, writing business requirements, creating mockup screens or proofs of concept, liaising with IT developers (both locally and in Head Office), defining and executing test scripts, and coordinating with end-users for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for functional support and will assist with planning and status reporting.
The role of the Business Analyst will be to support Global Markets & Risks activities performing the following actions:
· Work closely with desks to establish a trust relationship with traders and understand their needs and requirements.
· Formalize business requirements.
· Collaborate with the product owners to translate those requirements into development tasks.
· Build mockups or PoC.
· Define and execute test scripts.
· Coordinate user acceptance tests with traders.
· Document and enrich our knowledge base.
· Be a facilitator between end-users and L1 Support team to address support issues.
· Provide support Level 2.

The salary range for the Associate position will be between $115,000 - $145,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $145,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
Profil et compétences requises
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Finance
Experience in IT business analysis and/or IT Support Analyst functions for Front Office in the Finance industry
Knowledge of financial Products (Structured Products, Equity Options, Securities Lending, TRS, Repo, Interest Rate Derivatives and term structures, Credit bonds, CLO…) and their trade workflows.
Knowledge and experience in one of the following:
FX and Fixed Income trade executions and Sales-Trader workflow
Equity Structured products pricing and booking, and Sales-Trader workflow
Summit pricing, curves, analytics and booking for fixed income products
Great communication skills.
Knowledge of SQL, Python or C# is a plus.
Ability to analyze complex problems, with strong attention to detail and ability to provide solutions to problems.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment on multiple applications.
Well-versed in Agile practices and methodologies.
