Schedule all new and existing clients in accordance with the applicable standard(s) for their required audits, utilizing a combination of Employee auditors and Independent Contractors.  Scheduling audits to ensure a high level of customer service and attainment of customer satisfaction with Bureau Veritas Certification services for all domestic and international clients.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Schedule surveillance audits for existing clients.  Must assign product code qualified auditors (local if possible).
Schedule renewal, registration and scope extension audits with product code qualified Lead auditors (local if possible).
Schedule BV’s full time employees first and then sub contract employees while considering client requests.
Ensure employee auditor utilization is maximized by monitoring the schedule’s impact on the master schedule.
Coordinate with management, operations department and contractors to discuss progress and find solutions to scheduling conflicts and issues.
Work with Customer Service Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives to assure that all clients are scheduled when due.
Provide relevant information regarding the content, changes or presentation of schedules
Work with the Quality Department to ensure BV’s auditor qualifications are updated.
Use Siebel program when scheduling any event to ensure qualified auditors.
Send out audit packs for confirmed audit dates
To perform other duties as assigned by the Scheduling Supervisor

 

PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Achieving maximum utilization of our Employee Auditors
Maximize profitability by using lower cost Independent Contractors.
Locate and schedule auditors in a manner that attempts to lower the travel costs to our clients.
Provide clients with proposed dates well in advance of event (estimate four months).
Schedule in advance versus the preferred start date defined in the system.
Demonstrated resolution of scheduling conflicts with Clients and Auditors.
Accurate and timely input of data into Siebel system to provide updated data and reports for Certification Management and employees.
Ability to track and verify that in Siebel the current BV auditor qualifications. 

 

KEY COMPETENCIES
Maximum utilization of resources.
Ensure all events are scheduled on time.
Ensure audits are performed by qualified auditors.
Demonstrated skills in resource planning for multiple audit projects

Requirements:
Associate degree or 3-5  years of equivalent experience
Excellent communication (oral and written) and Interpersonal skills
Ability to organize tasks
Office/administrative business experience in a related industrial or service industry
Proficient in computer skills, and conversant with the use of MS Word, MS Excel, Email and internet systems. (Preferred Siebel experience).
Self-motivated, detail oriented, with high-regard for meeting deadlines.'
