Duties and Responsibilities:

·  Manually post client sample orders with accuracy into OCM MIS computer system.
·  Filing and sorting of documents.
·  Use of Microsoft Access to log order status and measuring of Key Performance Indicators.
·  Achieve productivity and quality goals.
·  Assist in other departments as assigned.

Personal Qualities:

·  Extremely organized and detailed in performance of all assigned duties.
·  Must be able to work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment.
·  Ability to and work with internal data coding and order entry systems.
·  Self-disciplined and able to work independently when required.
·  Professional in attitude and appearance.

Professional Qualifications and Experience:

·  One to two years of recent data entry experience in a professional office setting is required
·  Excellent keyboard skills. Minimum requirements - Accurate ten key by touch 10,000 kph, typing 60 wpm.

Miscellaneous Information:

·  This is a permanent full time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
·  Demonstration of keyboard proficiency required
·  Position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor
