Litigation Support Admin Assistant

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES:

·  Draft letters/ documents
·  Review, edit and format technical reports
·  Research scientific articles
·  Assemble reliance files for depositions or trials
·  Write letters of engagement
·  Track list of cases for depositions, co-retentions, and trials
·  Read and summarize depositions and other case related documentation
·  Interface with the Laboratory for samples tested for litigation projects
·  Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
·  Billing and invoice preparation
·  Tracking expenses
·  File organization
·  Various administrative tasks as necessary
·  Maintains training records and relevant qualifications
·  All other responsibilities as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

·  College Diploma or equivalent work experience
·  Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
·  Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
·  Strong ability to prioritize the work
·  Organizational and problem solving skills
·  Ability to work independently
·  Must possess strong administrative and time management skills
