Office Administrator 6 month Fixed Term Contract

Key Areas of Responsibility:
· Providing a full administration support service to the Office, including Directors, Managing Surveyor and technical Team,
In conjunction with and/or guidance from the Surveyors
General office duties, including:
· Receiving all visitors to the Office, offering a full reception service
· Answering the telephone and any general incoming e-mails and redirecting messages to the relevant member of staff
· Dealing with incoming post and faxes, including allocating new project/site files as required to the Team and maintaining the post monitoring record
· Dealing with all outgoing post, including recorded delivery, ensuring accurate use of the franking machine and maintaining credit level
· Administration of the day-to day office filing
· Administering and ordering office supplies, including stationery, health and safety equipment etc.
· Co-ordinating the Team’s appointments and electronic diaries; keeping an accurate record of their movements
· Maintaining petty cash float and records, including liaison with the Finance Department at Head Office
