Business Administration/ PA Internship
About Us:
Bubbleology is a multi-award winning British premium tea mixology brand, with locations across 7 countries since launching only 4 years ago. We currently have over 55 sites worldwide and are now executing our ambitious US roll out. It is our goal to be the best provider of quality Bubble Tea; using specialty suppliers and sampling every product before we serve to ensure perfection. We are excited to be growing at a rate of approximately 20 to 30 new stores per year.
Description:
We’re looking for a bright and determined team-player to support our fast-growing head office team. An ideal candidate will be highly personable, with great self-confidence and a positive attitude, ready to bring order to a fast-paced start-up environment. You will work directly for the CEO and COO, supporting their daily activities and projects, and while maintaining administrative tasks within the office.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the administration functions and facilities in the office, including projects to improve our ways of working, organizing, and filing
• Responsible for assisting CEO and COO with daily tasks, errands, and projects
• HR tasks, including managing the staff holiday calendar and the admin behind the recruitment processes for our ever-growing team
• Responsible for assisting the USA business manager with small tasks when needed
• Responsible for following up with loyalty card replacements and queries
• Responsible for assisting with tasks related to social media, PR, events, and marketing
Experience-to-gain
The selected intern will have the opportunity to experience many aspects of the business, ranging from administrative to operational. While working directly with the executive team, this intern will gain insights on the inter-workings of a corporate structure while learning how to manage and improve a head office environment. This intern will also gain valuable experience working for one of the fastest growing concepts in the industry. This intern will be given the opportunity to have input on projects that will roll our across the entire business.
