You’ll be part of a well respected and established team of diverse, enthusiastic, outgoing people, who focus on what really matters. You will be responsible for resolving a range of enquiries which make a real difference to our residential and business customers, whether that involves sending out an engineer to deal with an emergency or arranging an annual appliance inspection. You’ll take ownership of each call, getting to the heart of the query, deciding the best course of action, using your initiative and providing the kind of service that earns our customers’ trust. At the same time,

you’ll be promoting our groundbreaking products and services that we know will benefit the customer’s.
