Are you looking for administrative experience and looking to learn hands on? Want to work around creative and fun people in a great office above one of the companys restaurants? Then this internship may be for you!
Working alongside the companys Executive Assistant & Marketing you will learn first hand all the skills you need to become a successful Personal/Administrative Assistant.
In this opportunity you will gain professional experience and be involved in:
Filing Systems - online and hard copy - Dropbox is our main system
Office Management
Use of Basecamp - an organisation and management tool used by many companies across the globe
Telephone and Email correspondance
Organisational Duties such as organising couriers, ordering supplies, stationary handling
Aiding research on marketing initatives - this includes help setting up our cinema evenings, researching new articles for our in-house magazine, menu creation and social media campaigns.
This internship will give you an in-depth knowledge of office administration and will also allow you to see the workings behind a successful restaurant chain. You will have the opportunity to be involved in some great foodie events and work alongside a group of fun and friendly people.
Candidate(s) must be enthusiastic to learn a variety of administrative tasks and be interested in social media and marketing within the restaurant industry.
• Should have sharp learning skills and willingness to learn
• Must have fair knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
• Be competent on Macs
• Must have good writing skills along with good English Grammar & Vocabulary
• Must be disciplined and punctual in all routine aspects
• Should have good problem solving skills
• Should be proficient in spoken English
Job role will be a minimum of one month, but has the opportunity to be extended.
Remuneration:
Travel expenses (£10 per day) will be covered and staff food provided (one meal and hot drinks). If the internship is extended further options will be discussed.
Education:
Ideally looking for a recent graduate or student who has completed their A-levels to a high standard.
Timings :
We are flexible on timings and hours worked - this can be negotiated upon interview but we would want a minimum of 10 hours a week.
Monday - Friday (Our Head Office is not open on the weekends)
