Role synopsis

The Retail Compliance & Maintenance Support Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the development and implementation of onsite compliance and maintenance programs. This role will work with the field team on programs for permit management, maintenance and small projects, Notice of Violation (NOV) resolution and spend analysis.

In addition, the role will play a key role in supporting the conversion activities arising from the acquisition of new sites. This role will work closely with field staff including those in Sales, Retail Operations, and Portfolio & Business Development.

Key accountabilities

·  Research and identify all business licenses and permits necessary for site operation (incl. Federal, State, Local), as we enter new markets; oversee our 3rd party permitting contractor in preparation, submittal, and renewal of permits and licenses.
·  Manage information for new site acquisitions and facilitate activities for site conversions to assure Minimum operating standards are met
·  Support the field team in the resolution of Notice of Violation (NOV); look for trends and propose continuous improvement programs
·  Review monthly site level spend to identify and correct inaccuracies; perform analysis to identify trends, help prioritize future work and gain efficiencies
·  Coordinate the onboarding of new contracted project managers including introducing them to processes used within the team for Control of Work, Project Controls, and BP systems
·  Build and maintain strong working relationship with our field team, Sales & Operations, Multi Site Contract Operator (MSCO) team, Finance and the Global Business Services (GBS)
·  Prepare monthly Performance Management reviews

Essential experience and job requirements

·  Minimum 3 years relevant work experience required
·  Ability to support multiple projects at the same time and be able to deliver on-time
·  Exceptional analytics skills
·  Strong organizational skills
·  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·  Ability to communicate via verbal, written effectively and clearly to a variety of audiences and levels in the organization
