Description of assignment
The role:
Reports to the General Manager
To be responsible for the management of the contract documentation and communication process, incorporating PMs reports, KPI reports and NEC 3 procedures, ensuring delivery in line with core contractual requirements and with a customer service focus
To establish and develop a good relationship with all clients and ensure excellent standards are met
To support the contract with commercial and financial expediency to ensure the optimum efficiency
To manage the Contract Administrator ensuring all key objectives are achieved and that contract documentation is updating regularly
To be responsible for the Service Delivery Plan and accepted contract plan
The effective management of all HR related issues for staff in accordance with company procedures and timescales i.e. Sickness, Disciplinary, Appraisals, Recruitment and Welfare
Working 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day between 7.00 and 17.00
Profile
The person will have:
Excellent team leadership skills with experience of integrating teams and improving efficiency
Well-developed customer services skills and proven experience of working in a Facilities Management environment
Budgetary experience and responsibility with proven commercial acumen
Proven experience of managing a mobile team, including strong communication and organisational skills with strong drive to seek continuous improvement within a team for customer deliver and financial performance
Ability to problem-solve and work pro-actively to promote efficiencies and increased service delivery
Flexible approach to duties and hours worked
IOSH qualification is essential
Graduate or equivalent qualification with Soft FM experience would be an advantage
Previous experience in working in a government contract and existing government security clearance is desirable
Previous experience of client negotiation, monitoring key performance indicator and giving presentation to the client also desirable
Employment in this post is dependent upon obtaining security clearance. This requires 3 years residency in the UK and a valid passport.
