Description of assignment

The role:

Reporting to the Contract Manager
To provide effective and efficient administrative compliance support for the contract
Collation and management of hard FM maintenance and reactive information, keeping records accordingly
Run and update corporate reports as required by the Contract Manager
To work closely with the National Operations Centre to ensure swift call response is maintained
To provide general administrative support to the contract and support the helpdesk function
Prepare reports and documents as required and maintain confidentiality at all times
Raise purchase orders and submit these accordingly
Work along site the management team to provide support as required on the contract
Work alone with minimum supervision or within a team to carry out routine cleaning across the estate
The role is over 2 or 3 days per week (flexibility on which) 8am to 5pm
Days worked to be consecutively to enable a smooth handover within a job share arrangement

The person:

Experience in a similar role providing effective support
Knowledge of Maximo database or similar CAFM system an advantage
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Able to work as both part of a team and autonomously
Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems)
Experience of production and maintenance of reporting
Well organised and able to prioritise workload
Ability to multi task in a busy work environment
