Your contribution to something big

Engineer responsible for design and development of new brake system actuation products supplied to NA OEM's.
Responsibilities include:
Product design Manufacturing interface
Core design team interface
Localized component and assembly validation
Participating on cross-functional teams
Supporting supplier and plant manufacturing process development
Detailed design activities will include:
Working with designers and validation engineers to coordinate component and
assembly drawings, bills of material and specifications. Creating validation plans
Data analysis and report generation. Technical expertise support to applications
team. Work with PPC and manufacturing teams for localized component sourcing

What distinguishes you

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSME preferred) or equivalent four year
engineering degree.
2 or more years of experience engineering role.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to travel internationally is required.
Knowledge of brake system component manufacturing processes (aluminum
castings, steel stampings, molded plastic and rubber parts) is a plus.
Brake booster, master cylinder and modulation knowledge or brake system
experience is a plus.
Ability to speak Spanish, French, German and/or Japanese is also a plus.
