As the field marketing specialist North America you will be responsible for planning and implementing a field demand generation strategy that drives revenue through the creation of quality leads for the sales funnel. You will be working hand in hand with the North America sales organization.

The job is based in New-York after a 6 month ramp up period in the Paris office. The role reports to the Global Demand Generation Manager.

Responsibilities :

- Develop a field marketing plan on a bi-annual basis
-Leveraging content, resource (internal and external speakers) and both channel and technology partners available,
-segmenting tactics by quarter,
-executing marketing activities that generate leads (online marketing, social media, direct mail, email, webinars, events, etc.)
-experimenting more guerilla marketing approaches

- Manage segmentation of database & list management, development of both lead acquisition and lead nurturing campaigns incl. social media
- Present field marketing plans and campaign overviews to Marketing and Sales teams prior to campaign kickoff
- Manage online/offline marketing projects with 3rd party vendors from initial design and requirements gathering through to delivery
- Work with all areas of marketing, recommending action, scheduling and planning projects, estimating cost and managing projects to completion
- Work with Sales to plan and determine the effectiveness of various demand generation activities.
- Support sales on an account based marketing approach to develop solid pipeline
- Understand product strengths, functionality and the competition in sufficient depth to devise & execute demand generation programs

Profil recherché

we’re looking for:

- 1 year Experience in lead generation and field marketing with knowledge of direct and online marketing strategies incl. social media
- Tech savvy
- Result-oriented and used to demonstrate success within a marketing organization in generating qualified opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team spirit to collaborate with technical, sales and marketing teams
- Highly organized and rigorous to manage several projects at the same time. Process oriented.
- Strong tenacity and motivation. Able to work under pressure and close deadline.
- Adaptable to the changes of a growing company
- Enthusiastic and reactive, you are able to progress in a challenging environment and appreciate the start-up spirit.
- French / English completely fluent


These would be a plus:

Salesforce & Pardot or other marketing automation tool knowledge
US market experience
