The management of conflicting requirements, concept and interfaces within the respective scope and between the scope and other areas,

The quality of technical documents for the scope and consistency within the scope and at the interfaces with other areas,

The whole scope during project phase (commercial, technical and timely),

Risk assessment and ROP alignment gate by gate,

Product safety,

Supports process and building block and product family standardisation and development,

Managing of all activities within his scope and interfaces to other poles,

Ensures an on time and on budget completion of the scope during concept and project phase
