In your role, you will:

Support front line Aircraft Services sales force by providing timely, accurate proposals for work to be done at Bombardier Business Aircraft Service Centers. You will interface with numerous internal departments to organize and validate proper work scope, ensure parts and service center availability, and validate work downtime and overall pricing. More specifically, using Pivotal and / or other applications, you will:

o Receive assignment and accept into system or request additional information.
o Work directly with Product Administrators to collect necessary information for proposal.
o Monitor process steps via Pivotal, and manage process flow to ensure proposals flow through the system at optimal speed.
o Develop draft proposal and review for elimination of task duplication.
o Ensure special program consideration applied to proposal as applicable.
o Determine standard downtime and document assumptions on proposal.
o Ensure proposal meets criteria of Regional Sales Manager request.
o Develop pricing for work scope.
o Submit completed proposal to Planning department at requested service center and alert Regional Sales Manager with status update.
o Document status, package value and schedule information in Pivotal.
o Receive requests for revisions and incorporate proposal updates as needed.
o Maintain tracking system in Pivotal for revisions, discounting, etc.

Desired profile

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,
• You have at least 3 years of experience in an aircraft maintenance environment
• You have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• You have computer skills necessary to learn and/or operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, project, email, and web-based applications
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, management and contractors
• You have a Bachelors degree in related field - preferred
• You have an A&P Certificate or FCC License - preferred
• You have previous experience in aircraft maintenance planning and scheduling, proposal writing, and/or invoice analysis - preferred
• You have previous experience with SAP – preferred
• You have previous experience with Pivotal - preferred
