In your role, you will:

• Conduct analytical investigations and resolve discrepancies across all Bombardier-Learjet Depots and Service Centers in support of worldwide inventory accuracy.
• Participate in department meetings to practice communication skills.
• Participate in Achieving Excellence goals / guidelines presented by Bombardier-Learjet.
• Assist with investigations to determine root causes in order to properly disposition discrepancies and reconcile inventory issues such as serial number changes, adjustment processing, batch issues, and blocked stock.
• Assist with the creation and processing grief notifications for discrepancies that require assistance from other organizational groups through SAP workflow
• Assist in providing cross-functional support to Finance, Logistics Agents, Customer Service, IT, and a third party Logistics company with inventory related issues such as pick exceptions, grief notifications, return to stock, QC2 movements and material return authorizations
• Assist with correcting discrepant PO/MRA receipts to allow for processing by 3PL in a seamless and timely manner, including batch management, valuation and wrong storage location.
• Ensure each issue worked is entered into the corresponding database and required data is captured with integrity to formulate metrics for group reporting
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate,

• You have at least 1 year of related work experience in aerospace, customer service and inventory control
• You have an Associate’s Degree and/or completed apprentice program or equivalent experience.
• You have computer skills necessary to operate word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation applications.
• You have communication skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals and departments.
• You have basic knowledge of inventory management key business processes and governances.
• You have planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize individual workload.
• You have ability to input data accurately into various databases in a timely manner.
• You have ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• You have ability to analyze and document a variety of information.
• You have working knowledge of the English language (reading/writing/speaking)
• You have APICS certification - preferred
