Position Summary

The Zone Business Director position is expected to learn and become expert on all aspects of Sheet Feed equipment, and is responsible for overseeing Sheet Fed machine sales activities in the Turkish Market, and achieving yearly sales targets.

Reporting functionally to the Business Unit’s Head of Sales, and hierarchically to the Head of Legal Entity, they will be responsible of managing the local sales and operations of the department, budgeting and reporting, local marketing, while developing sales strategies in line with Group expectations.

Acting as a team leader, they will motivate and develop the people in their organization: setting challenging targets and promoting performance. Holder of this position is expected to follow and foresee activities in the local market, focusing on customer loyalty, building strong relationships with existing customers and aiming at expanding the market share.

Maintaining a strong cross functional relationship with the service team is crucial for success.
The holder of this position will be a member of the local management team.

Key Daily Tasks

Leads Local Sales Managers and acts himself as a sales mentor
Leads local Sheet Fed budgeting, forecasting and cost controlling activities
Accurate reporting on Market and business activities
People development: performance appraisal, development programs to deliver
Review improvement projects: collaboration with Services
Visit customers of the zone
Direct ongoing sales and marketing activities
