Position Purpose

The position is to cover two main axis:
1. Provide performance management direct support to South East Asia entities and backup for other APAC entities
2. As a member of APAC cost control tower, to promote harmonization and standardisation in terms of Performance Management rules and principle across Apac entities.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 Perform transversal headcount and cost analysis for both actual and budget reporting.
 Actively involved in the management reporting process and assist on supervising the offshore team's production outputs.
 Provide direct support to SEA local Management /local Finance on providing commentaries for the Business Review reports
 Ensure management accounting treatments are consistent between legal entities and based on harmonised Rules and Principles aligned with HO.
 Identify site specific cost monitoring and suggest harmonisation process review
 Document procedure and policy concerning costs booking and allocation rules applying for SEA/Apac region.
 Assist on system migration (eg. Perseus and OFS) tasks such as workflow design, UAT
 Provide direct support to senior managers on relevant PM topics and backing up other PM members.
 Interact closely with internal clients, other internal PM teams both onshore and offshore and other departments

Qualifications :

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Ideal 5 years of above relevant experience

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 Finance background / expertise
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
 Strong analytical skill
 Ability to cope with peaks of activity level

Specific Qualifications

 Rigorous, well-organized with a structured and logical approach
 Synthesis capacity
 English fluency (both oral and written communication)
