The role

Provision of a full administration service to a team of surveyors within the Property Management business line

Key deliverables
· Typing correspondence minutes/reports/spreadsheets
· Answering telephone calls in a professional manner
· Diary management – organising internal and external meetings
· Organising travel
· Ensuring all mail and faxes are distributed to the team
· Filing and general administration duties for the team
· Occasional cover of the national switchboard
· Archiving files
· General secretarial role producing correspondence, reports, invoice fees and diary management for the team
· Administrative duties such as departments post management, creating files, assisting in organising inspections
· Assisting Office Manager as the need arises. other departments or Office duties when workload permit
· Responding to routine enquires


· May have budget and cost control responsibilities
· Has an awareness of wider team or department budget

· Functional or specialist competence with relevant understanding of business/ departmental context

Person specification

· Experience of a team administration role preferably within a professional or financial services environment
· Experience of IT systems including Microsoft Office and the ability to utilise the range of software packages available within the business

· Previous experience relating to property
