MISSION AND OBJECTIVES
Within the HR Operational Permanent Control (OPC) team, the Compliance and Controls Analyst works extensively with all BNPP CIB US and Americas HR teams to perform transactional HR activities and process work within the shared services center (SSC). Answers general questions regarding HR/Payroll policies and procedures, referring to an online knowledge base for information and guidance. Performs administrative tasks in support of service center processes (invoice processing,. Uses a case management tool for tracking requests and may transfer or escalate them to other service center parties if the issue cannot be resolved within the contact center. Maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with employee records and business information. Ensures that deliverables meet or exceed individual objectives, adhere to HR Business service center goals, and align with service center strategies.
Track the payment status, answer any related questions from internal RMs and/or external vendors, produce the expense report if requested and coordinate with HR Finance on proper expense bookings. Scope of responsibilities:

Monitor HR procedures:
Act as the Policy Manager to maintain all local HR procedure / policies
Follow up with stakeholders and Head of HR to ensure all local HR procedures are renewed before expiration date and are well maintained and accessible via Central Policy Library
Coordinate with audit teams (Inspection Generale) for periodic reviews/assessments
Ensure all policies, procedures, and other applicable compliance requirements are met
Coordinate and Perform Compliance requirements and checks related to:
Quarterly Finance Sub-certifications
Quarterly HR Gifts and Entertainment reports
Quarterly updates for HR KPIs
OFAC checks (ad-hoc basis)
Dual/Triple employment process for HR (semi-annual re-certifications of all DE/TH cases
Adhoc requests/ reports (audits, etc.)
Be a key contact for Personal Data Protection Governance (PDP):
Maintain a PDP governance in place for HR Americas (PDP diagnosis, best practice sharing, PDP mailbox)
Liaise with PDP correspondents and stakeholders for any PDP matters

TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience/training
· Knowledge of operational risk management
· Knowledge of HR processes
· Knowledge of the banking industry
ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication in English
