Within Group Compliance, Domestic Market's mission is to provide reasonable assurance with respect of Compliance policies within the Domestic Markets perimeter, composed of FRB, 4 Territories (Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Germany) and 5 Business lines (Leasing Solutions, Personal Investors, Factoring Filière, Arval). In coordination with Compliance Domains, transversal teams and the other Compliance Operational Perimeters, it also participates in the definition of various Compliance projects to define the strategic orientation of Compliance activities, roadmap and action plans.

The Compliance is recruiting Compliance officers to staff the new team in Lisbon.

Within Domestic Markets, the Compliance Officer will assist DM activities on Compliance Control and Risk Management topics and Financial Security topics.

The Compliance officer will coordinate and supervise Compliance reports, Risk management and Permanent Control of DM Business Lines (FRB, Personal Investors, Leasing Solutions, Factoring and Arval) and Territories (Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and Germany).

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Control - Data Collection:
· Ensure the quality and consistency of information provided by Domestic Markets Business Lines and Territories on Compliance controls performed
· Ensure that Business Lines and Territories carry-out action plans to correct weaknesses identified by Compliance controls
· Risk Assessments and Compliance Reporting:
· Participate in the preparation of Risk Assessments and Compliance Reporting campaigns
· Ensure the quality and consistency of data provided

Regulatory Incidents:

· Coordinate the quarterly reporting of Regulatory Incidents

Compliance tool users review

· Coordinate, on an annual basis, the accesses granted to the Compliance tool for all Domestic Markets perimeter
· Alert Duty:
· Alert Domestic Markets CCRM regarding any dysfunction or any matter likely to involve the reputation of the Group or of a DM Territory/ Business Line
· Financial Security
· Support the team Financial Security within Domestic Markets in several missions, notably the elaboration of reportings.

PROFILE

· Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (mandatory)
· Analytical skills

· Good communication skills
