Position Purpose
Analyst role within Investment Banking Asia Pacific Energy & Natural Resources team to support the Structured Debt and Advisory and Capital Market teams
Key Responsibilities
Global support to the team with objectives of:
· Providing financial analysis and preparation of credit papers for Credit Committees, annual reviews and reporting requirements
· Calculate and analyse transactions potential risk/return by applying the RAROC tool
· Assist in financial modelling for debt sizing determinations
· Assist the team in marketing and preparation of presentation materials for clients/prospects
· Understanding of back office and liaising with middle office for on boarding and various day to day requirements for transactions
· Coordinate the preparation of offers, facility documentation in liaison with various team members (including legal, compliance)
When required
· Provide support in the origination and execution of Advisory & Capital Markets work which include capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and advisory transactions

Specific Qualifications Required
· 1 or 2 years of direct experience working on structured debt transactions in the O&G, Power and/or Mining sectors
· 1 to 2 years of direct experience in one of the Big 4 (KPMG, E&Y, Deloitte, PWC) in Transaction Services or Corporate Finance Department with relevant exposure to the relevant sectors
