About the role
Our Mid Term Rental (MTR) business is about to celebrate its 3 rd birthday and as it has continued to grow from strength to strength, we are celebrating by expanding our team and are looking to replace someone who has recently been promoted.
In this role you will liaise with our customers (drivers) to arrange mutually convenient times and dates for the vehicle to be delivered to them and then repeat this for collection at the end of contract. You will also be responsible for the associated data entry from updating systems to document control and from processing vehicles purchased and sold for the MTR fleet to ensuring all keys are in order and identifiable.

About you
We are looking for a happy and friendly individual who is organised and can follow a process and although we don't need you to have any technical skills, you must have experience of delivering excellent customer service and be proficient in using email and inputting data into spreadsheets.
This job requires a fair amount of common sense and we really want to attract someone who will take real pride in their work to ensure that the customer is receiving the best service possible and that improvements are flagged, acknowledged and actioned as we look to grow this business. We need someone who cares about how our customers view us so this is really important.
Ultimately you will be joining a small but perfectly team, so you will be someone who is prepared to help out with the good of the team always in the forefront of your mind.
