Car Fleet coordinator (Ambassador)

Job description

You will ensure that all preventive maintenance activities are scheduled and carried out AND also make sure that cars are moved to various organization locations as necessary to ensure their availability to customers.

You will also be in charge of:
- Dispatching cars when needed in order to balance de fleet,
- Ensuring that the service operates correctly (track any issues and redirect to the right service)
- Handling service anomalies (not connected cars, cars parked outside of stations, forgotten items, etc…).
- Ensuring the cleaning of the cars (inside & outside)
Ambassadors will also be required to assist with promotional matters:
- Speak to existing customers about the service when asked
- Assist at events with bringing vehicles and preparing for the event
- Explaining how the customers use the service (sign up, rent a car, drive a car)

Desired profile

- A strong sense of customer care,
- Honest, reliable, well organized and good communication skills,
- Must be an excellent driver with valid license and a clean driving record,
- Ability to use specialized software (i.e.PDA),
- Compliance with rules and instructions (process, security, traffic rules…).
