This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and fast growing company which will change the Londoners’ way of life! We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Customer Service Administrator seeking a long-term role in the heart of London.

The role:
You will assist the Customer Service Department on their day to day activities and take the lead on:
- Creating and sending new membership cards to customers
- Drafting and sending welcome letters
- Reply to all written customers queries
- Calling prospective customers
- Assisting with any other tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager

Seeked profile

The chosen candidate will need to have:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ideally a previous office environment experience
- Literacy and numeracy skills are essential
- The ability to listen and empathize with staff and customers
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, detail oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent team working skills and flexibility in approach to work
- Aptitude to work independently

Permanent and full time position
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
£18,000 per year
