Job description

We are looking for B2B telemarketing and business development candidates with unmeasured careers growth and prospects.

Salary- Travel Expense (salary can be offered if has direct telesales experience)
Commission - 10% commission on reaching monthly targets

BeTheBees is a fast growing outsourcing and procurement marketplace. We help businesses secure their key service from some of the leading service providers. As a one-stop procurement shop, we have a compelling story to promote to the marketplace. We lead with a service that every business needs, but over 95% don’t have! We are searching for our next couple of Sales Professionals to help us help businesses across the UK.

Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven telesales/telemarketing experience absolutely essential
Generating leads
Ability to get through gatekeepers on the phone and talk to decision maker
Achieving individual sales targets
Issuing quotes and identifying new sales opportunities

Working Hours: 9 am to 5 pm Monday - Friday

Work Location - Near Barking Station

The successful candidate will:

Demonstrate a strong desire to work within a sales environment
Ability to crack deals over phone
Pro-active and self-starter

6 months plus experience in B2B sales (especially selling to entrepreneurs).
Preferably experience in cold calls leading to appointments
Attention to detail.
Being very customer centric so their experience is second to none.
Proficiency in MS office software and CRM applications (Infusionsoft is a plus).
English at an advanced level but we use Grammarly to correct spelling and grammar in written communication (spoken English must be fluent and you must be a very confident speaker).
