Ambitious and driven Lettings Negotiators required for busy Estate and Lettings Agency! Immediate Start! Excellent opportunity!
Our Lettings Negotiators' duties include:
Sourcing rental properties for the agency & generating new business
Liaising with property owners
Showing potential properties to tenants
Processing rental applications for properties
Handling enquiries for properties and tenancies
Negotiating rents and leases for properties
Carrying out Market appraisals
Taking-on new Landlords and accompanying viewings
