Job description

We are a quirky start-up who make male grooming products for guys with sensitive skin. We are based in Rosyth which delivers organic, all natural products with no alcohol, harsh chemicals & synthetic scents. We are looking for an intern to come in to the business for 1-4 months, possibly longer.

The fucking problem with experience!

We know all too well the problems you face as a young person or graduate looking for paid work, employers want you to have hands on experience before they hire you. You may have muttered the following words…

‘How the fuck am I supposed to gain experience if I’m constantly turned down for not having any?!’

With that said, we want someone to come in and help us build the business up and develop the Bearded Basturds brand. In exchange for helping us, we will give you the opportunity to work hands on in a professional environment.

Making coffee for the person who makes fucking the tea!

Making coffee, cleaning equipment, washing the floor, emptying the bucket and other menial tasks will be done by the owner only. None of that shit will build up your CV.

About you

We don’t care if you’re covered in tattoos or piercings or have three ears. It doesn’t make you any less human or capable than the next candidate, we’re only interested in your brilliant mind, passion and creativity.

Desired profile

Please have some. Good written English skills is pretty important to us. We know all too well that the education system tests your memory more than it develops and teaches intelligence so we won’t be too harsh on grades/qualifications. However, it would be advantageous if you have a passion for and an understanding of some of these:

It would also be advantageous if you have your own laptop to work from. We will provide the Wi-Fi for you.

Schedule and Remuneration:

15-20 hours a week Monday to Friday (If you prefer you can spread your hours out over the weekend – we’re flexible)

We will contribute to your fuel or travel ticket expenses only.

If you attend networking events we will pay for your lunch/dinner and drinks. If advertising campaigns you help with generate sales, commission from those sales will also be offered. The full remuneration package will be discussed at interview.
