The traditional Estate Agency model is at a tipping point. We believe sellers and landlords are no longer willing to pay extortionate fees to high street agents when all property searches are now done online.

We aim to build the UK’s most compelling Online Estate Agent service, stripping out the costs of high street offices, branded cars and staff viewings and develop a world-class mobile technology. We offer low flat-rate fees, a nationwide reach and all of the services of a traditional agent, plus useful new features via our proprietary technology.

We are looking for a sales and marketing intern to join our early stage startup based in Richmond. No 2 day will be the same and you will be expected to get stuck in right from the start. Your main duties will include:

- Selling to potential clients
- Managing relations with new and existing clients
- Creating fresh content for email marketing
- Managing social media content and campaigns
- General admin
- Answering calls and emails
- Help develop the business model

The perfect candidate will have:

- Great communications skills
- Confidence
- A good telephone manor
- Good organisation
- Computer literate

Bonus points for:

- Experience using Hootsuite
- Telephone Sales experience

Expenses paid + commission
