RESPONSIBILITIES
In our team HR Services Europe, we provide master data, payroll and post-payroll services to our group companies in Belgium. As Senior Specialist Payroll, these are your responsibilities:
· You prepare and process the monthly payroll and implement, improve and maintain administrative HR processes in SAP HR and other HR systems.
· Within the framework of advanced system quality management, you are responsible for bug-fixing and the implementation of new requirements related to the most complex system changes.
· You ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR services are met.
· For this you are in close cooperation with our local HR Business Partners in Belgium as well as our internal service departments in Berlin and our technical providers.
· You contribute to our knowledge management: you coordinate a constant exchange of experiences and information within the team as well as with colleagues, experts and relevant partners.
· You can rely on your strong network for tackling issues.
· You also collaborate in internal projects and encourage the best practice sharing amongst our European HR teams.
· Moreover, you will be a constant driver for improvement of the processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
· You have successfully completed vocational training or university degree in Business Administration or similar.
· You have 3+ years of experience working in Payroll for Belgium and fundamental knowledge in HR Administration. You ideally have experience with SAP HR.
· You have experience in quality management and knowledge management
· You love working with people and you demonstrate a strong service & solution orientation mindset.
· You know how to prioritize to meet deadlines and know when to ask for support.
· You are fluent in Dutch and have a good level of English. Knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage.
