RESPONSIBILITIES

With its xarvio(TM) product portfolio the BASF Digital Farming GmbH enables farmers to improve and automate agriculture - using data: smart sensors, advanced models and artificial intelligence.

·  You will develop as well as implement machine connectivity strategies and lead projects to strengthen our position in the market.
·  Furthermore, you will be the point of contact for customers and internal colleagues for all questions regarding agricultural machine connectivity, data exchange and precision farming machinery.
·  You will support the product development by working closely together with the product teams and other project teams to ensure requirements for successful solutions.
·  Also, you will maintain contact with industry partners and stay up to date on latest developments, solutions as well as trends.
·  Last but not least, you will support the regional team in building a strong relationship with new and existing customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

·  University degree in agriculture, engineering, computer science or related disciplines
·  Hands on experience in working with agricultural machinery, telematics devices, vehicle electronics and embedded systems
·  Knowledge and working experience of agricultural farm management
·  Willingness and ability to travel
·  Fluent in English, preferably basics in German and French
