Objectives:
Develops and implements comprehensive supply chain planning and replenishment, inventory management and S&OP support for CCP
Main Tasks:
· According to sales and production requirements, established polices/procedures/ practices and
· guidance from the supervisor, issue the purchasing orders for raw material/ spare parts/
· and handle the follow-up including defining logistics and transportation plan to ensure the timely delivery. Where necessary, initiate claims if damage and delay occur.

Support Sales team to collect high quality forecast
·
Manage, maintain and monitor the demand planning process
·
Select and maintain suitable forecasting models and provide statistical forecasts to Marketing and Sales.
·
Develop aggregate demand plans for the S&OP process and ensure that Marketing and Sales participates in the demand planning process.

Use forecast accuracy KPIs to identify problems and develop corrective actions
·
Ensure that detailed forecast is in SAP to drive supply planning.
·
Follow defined S&OP process, do rough cut OMP plan according to Master Production Schedule and confirm MPS before S&OP meeting
· Master production schedule & production coordination
·
Develop master schedule in line with the overall production plan
·
Rough cut production plan with consideration of Lot Sizing and Capacity Restriction
·
Maintain the schedule through the planning time fence.
·
Work closely with production in order to reach customer requirements in terms of quantity and time.
·
Handle bonded handbook planning to optimize export OMP cost.
· Inventory Control
·
Calculate optimized OMP inventory level with consideration on service level and safety stock.
·
Manage inventory in areas, shelf life control, aging stock control, stock discrepancy investigation and follow-ups.
·
Maintain SAP master data required to support OMP planning processes (Planned Delivery Lead Time, Order Quantities, Batch Size, etc.).
· Article number application together with PM for newly launched products.
· Manage monthly supply chain KPI report: DIV, stock aging, and delivery performance, Forecast Accuracy, production plan change rate, etc. y launched products.
· EHS support associated with product, logistics
· Other tasks as defined in related company procedure and assigned by the direct Supervisor Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor or above, automation
· Working Experience: 6 years of working experience in chemical manufacturing
· Good english and computer skills, good interpersonal skills
