Performance Chemicals Manufacturing Engineering Rotational Program – Class of 2020

APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE TO STUDENTS RECEIVING A BACHELOR OR MASTER’S DEGREE BETWEEN DECEMBER 2019 AND MAY 2020

We are seeking highly motivated, mobile-minded, upcoming university graduates ready to take their careers to the next level. Our rotational programs combine hands-on experience with unparalleled networking opportunities designed to accelerate your career development at BASF.

Program Summary

24-month rotational program. Participants complete three 8-month rotations in areas such as: Manufacturing/Operations, Production Engineering, Project Engineering, Process Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and   Maintenance. The program has an emphasis on building and maintaining manufacturing expertise within the Performance Chemicals group.

Assignments will take place at three of our North American sites: Gordon, GA, McIntosh, AL; and Puebla, MX

May lead to opportunities in a variety of disciplines within the organization.

B.S. or M.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, and Mechanical) or in process of receiving degree between December 2019 to May 2020. Demonstrated academic achievement (Minimum GPA 3.2). Commitment to relocate anywhere in the U.S. Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Outstanding work ethic. Agility/Leadership Potential. Active participation in extracurricular activities and on-campus organizations. Bilingual a plus. Previous internship/co-op experience.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent
