·  Assist in the production of parent seed with a focus on meeting both yield and quality standards
·  Involved in all aspects of parent seed production including:
·  Organization and execution of parent seed activities from seeding to harvesting
·  Quality control
·  Field inspections
·  Supervision of casual employees and grower relations 
·  Monitoring the health of the crop as it matures and providing data and recommendations is an important responsibility in this role

·  Agronomic knowledge attained through pursuing your degree in Agriculture or another college coupled with experience in the Agriculture industry
·  Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as contribute to a dynamic team environment
·  Proven ability to deliver results
