Objectives of the Position 

Responsible for planning and management of all materials (own manufactured products, merchandise, raw materials), plus any tolling activities, in Thailand, to support profitable business growth.

 

Main Task

 

·  Communicate with Key Account Management (KAM) team on the sales forecast and sales target; conduct monthly demand review with KAM.  Support KAM to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
·  Support product life cycle management for new products and phased-out products.
·  Create supply plan (production plan, raw material / merchandise replenishment plan or tolling plan) based on the demand plan to meet the desired service level and to optimize costs and inventory.
·  Develop master production scheduling, work closely with Production and monitor production output to avoid stockout.
·  Manage purchase orders with raw material / merchandise suppliers and monitor delivery to avoid stockout and air freight.
·  Conduct monthly supply review with Production, suppliers and tollers; and identify any supply issues and alternative supply plans.
·  Monitor continuously demand and supply plans, make any necessary adjustments to the plan

in time.

·  Measure and analyze relevant supply chain KPIs; initiate and implement improvement measures to increase overall planning quality and efficiency.
·  Utilize available IT planning tools (MRP, APO DP) to increase planning efficiency.
·  Plan, manage and optimize inventory (OIV Operative Inventory Value, DIV Days of Inventory Value) to ensure supply capability and to optimize inventory.
·  Minimize aged stock, expired stock and blocked stock.
·  Co-ordinate on liquidation plans, rework or disposal plans with internal stakeholders.
·  Investigate and reconcile any inventory discrepancies and implement preventive actions.
·  Achieve Supply Chain KPI which includes reducing aging stocks, minimizing expired stocks and delivery performance

 

 

Qualification

 

· 
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field.

· 
A minimum of 2 years experience in Supply Chain and Logistic

· 
Good command of spoken and written English

· 
Good interpersonal, problem solving skills as well as communication skills

· 
Able to work under pressure
