Description

Main Tasks:

· 
Development of formulated cleaning and etching chemical and performance testing on beaker level.

· 
Transfer beaker test results to full wafer tests.

· 
Analytical tool operation and maintenance following SOP (standard operation procedure) and global advanced material standards.

· 
Sample preparation and logistics to the existing and potential customers.

· 
Deliver technical data for successful promotion of commercial and newly developed chemical solutions to customers.

· 
Work with local sales and global R&D team to support new business development activity.

· 
Responsible for EHS, lab tasks and audit preparation.

Education/Qualification:

· 
BS or higher in chemistry, material, chemical engineering or related field is preferred.

· 
Good interpersonal communication skill and fluent in English include comprehensive listening, speech, reading and writing.

· 
Ability to effectively communicate detailed and precise technical requirement, procedures, and results in written and oral format.

· 
Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
