Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies and monitor administrative projects, such as filing, front line interaction, expenses, purchasing, invoicing, travel booking, IT and policies and guidelines. Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record keeping and filing systems, forms control, office layout, budgetary and travel and personnel requirements: implementing changes. Supports Seed Processing and Logistics staff with computer equipment purchase & setup. Stays current with equipment changes, maintains inventories, orders replacements, tracks warranties, trouble shoots issues. Provides information by answering questions and requests. Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating supply needs, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipts of supplies. Oversee the payment of invoices for various services provided to the Logistics group. Complete operational requirements by supporting Seed Processing and Logistics team through participation in work projects, assisting managers and staff complete work assignments, expediting work results Meeting support, organizing venues, coordinating meals, ensure meeting facility is properly set up and apportioned

Minimum Grade 12 high school diploma and 5 years related administrative experience OR Minimum 1 year certificate in office administration or related discipline and 3 years related administrative experience Minimum 2 year diploma in office admin or related discipline and 1 year related experience Reporting, administrative writing, Microsoft Office, managing processes, event planning/organization, analyzing information, professionalism, problem solving, supply management, inventory control, strong verbal and written communication.
