Overall purpose of role:
o Maintain controls for the Loyalty team, including invoices and reporting reconciliation

Key Accountabilities and Skills required:
This section should include:
o Key specific accountabilities.
o Manage invoices and accruals
o Perform reconciliation of key rewards fulfilment processes
o Pull and consolidate reporting for Loyalty programs
o Assist with fulfilment of NFL program items as needed
o Stakeholder management and leadership.
o Interface with Loyalty team Program managers and colleagues in AP, Finance, Segment and Branded Cards to provide key control deliverables.
o Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills required.
o Must be able to work independently and escalate questions and issues as needed.
o Decision making and problem solving.
o Role requires ability to evaluate reports and invoices and identify potential errors.
o Must be able to identify trends and how individual issues may be part of a larger problem.
o Must be able to solve basic issues and know when escalation is required.
o Risk and Control: All Barclays colleagues have to ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards

Your Skills and Qualifications will include
Basic Qualifications
o Four year college degree required.
o 2+ years experience in either financial services or other product development disciplines from other industries

Preferred Qualifications
o Quantitative, verbal and written communication and organizational skills required.
o Team focused with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
